Consulting at ALMA is not “another designer’s opinion”, but a format where experience in product design, branding, marketing, and analytics turns into concrete management decisions.

Concept & idea validation: We test new ideas—from rebranding to new product lines or campaigns. We look through the eyes of users, investors, and the market, give honest feedback and ways to strengthen ideas.

Go‑to‑market & communication support: We help package conclusions into a market‑ready story: what messages to use, what formats and channels are priorities, how to sync product, sales, and marketing.
