1. WHAT WE DO

A logo is not just a pretty icon. It is a concentrated expression of brand identity in a single visual object. It must be recognizable at a glance, perform across contexts – from an app avatar to a billboard – and support the company’s positioning.

Most logos are created “by taste”: a designer draws something, the team “ikes it”, and that’s it. No strategic foundation, no testing in real scenarios, no system around the mark. Result: the logo looks good in one presentation, but falls apart on the website, in product, on merch, and in print.

What this includes

Brand insight & positioning: Before drawing anything, we understand the brand. Who are you? What category are you in? What is your positioning? How are you different from competitors? How do you want to be perceived?

Role of the logo: We define the role of the logo: corporate mark, product mark, brand family, endorsed/multi-brand model, etc. This influences structure, boldness, and level of neutrality.

Creative territories: We develop visual directions: typographic wordmark, symbol+wordmark, monogram, emblem, minimalist vs. more expressive marks. Each direction is tied to strategy and brand character.

Concept development: We create several logo concepts within agreed directions. We show not just the “naked” mark, but immediately in context: on a website, in an app, on a business card, in a presentation, on a banner.

Typography & custom lettering: Typography is half the logo. We select or create type solutions that reflect brand character, read well, and scale. When needed, we design custom lettering for the wordmark.

Color system & contrast: We define primary and alternative color versions: for light and dark backgrounds, monochrome, inverse versions, use on photos and complex backgrounds.

Grid & construction: We build the logo on a grid so it is structurally sound, easy to adapt, and reproduces correctly across environments (from pixel grids to large-format outdoor media).

Scalability & responsiveness: We design a responsive logo system: full version, shortened version, icon/mark for small sizes, favicon, app icon. The logo doesn’t “die” at 16×16 px.

Testing in real contexts: We test the logo in real scenarios: product UI, social media, presentations, merch, outdoor, print, partner co-branding.

Logo usage guidelines (basic): We document basic rules: minimum size, clear space, acceptable and unacceptable uses.

2. WHAT PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Interviews with the team, brand analysis, audit of current materials and logo usage contexts: product, website, marketing, offline, partnerships.

We define 2–3 visual territories for the logo: degrees of minimalism, typographic vs. symbolic approach, level of expressiveness. We align them with the team.

Phase 6: Guidelines & handoff

We prepare a basic logo usage guide and deliver all required files for your team and external partners.
